I’ve shopped with Sally’s for years now. The 5th st location has way more product in stock than the Wyomissing store so I prefer shopping at 5th st. I’m just upset because the lady who always help me is no longer at this store. The young lady name is Carly she is super helpful and knowledgeable. She was the only person I would ask for assistance from anyone else just seemed like you bothered them if you ask but never her, she is so sweet and I’m always satisfied how my hair turns out! Hopefully this store gets new staffing besides Carly and one other girl the staff is just rude and doesn’t seem like they want to work.

I was helped by the two girls who were working at this location (8/27 at 6pm ish) and they were so sweet and helpful! Would definitely go here again!

Customer service is terrible! Was never greeted, never asked if I needed help and didn't say a word when I left. I did hear all about the cashiers problem with her tattoo shop, she spoke to someone who was sitting there the whole time I was looking for something in the store. I will shop elsewhere.

Spanish lady with the messed up blonde wig pony tail and makeup looked awful is so rude Bad customer service And did not want to service me properly shut the door in my face and I ask her where was something I was looking for and just pointed didn't idk where she's pointing ?But she She serviced the gentleman that was there just fine but me she was so rude. If she don't like her job then go work somewhere else oh and now they charge for bags I would not go back to that Sally's ever again I better stick to the Wyomissing.

The cashier who checked me and my little sister out at 12:30 pm today was extremely rude, she had a terrible attitude and you could tell she didn’t want to be there! Will not be going to this location anymore because the customer service was horrible. Hope the store chooses better employees .

They had exactly what I was looking for but the customer service was lacking. This woman came up to me and asked I needed help in an aggressive way, like she was being forced to do it. I responded no thank you. Then at the register, she was speaking so quietly while leaning her head on her hand against the wall. I could barely hear her and had to guess what she meant and could hear her grumbling about me when I misheard her resulting in her having to take the cost of a bag off the bill (or maybe she was saying something else, but I have no idea.) I kept saying, "what? I'm sorry, I can't hear you." But she never increased her volume. I just felt like rather than patronizing her job and helping to keep the lights on, I was bothering her. I will be ordering online rather than going back to this location.

1/20/21 @ 10 am. If I can give this store a "0" for costumer service I would. I witnessed a customer being treated so poorly by staff raising her voice yelling. " WE HAVE NO BAGS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO!" Cashier slammed receipt on counter and started ringing up next Customer while yelling, "WE ONLY HAVE THE REUSABLE BAG FOR $2". I will not spend my money at an establishment that treats there customers in such a manor. I was appalled. So I walked out without purchasing my items. I will take my business elsewhere even though this establishment is close to my home.

employees don't really seem to know what they're selling. i bought two color strippers for my red hair dye and used one and it didn't work at all when associates have told me it's pretty much fool proof. most times sally's beauty associates don't know what they're selling and their corporate really needs to give them training classes because it leaves the customers unsatisfied and angry. like me. and even when a product doesn't work, they won't refund you even though their associates tell you it will, which makes customers even more aggravated. shame on this company.
