Had two dings in my windshield that needed to be fixed. No mobile tech appts available so I made an appt to come here. From the time I got there, it was done in less than 30 minutes. Tech was very nice and thorough, highly recommend!

Nobody likes a damaged windshield. However Safelite has the customer service to put you at ease. Wonderful experience when they came to my home and replaced my windshield. Highly recommended!!

First of all, how many times do you need to be reminded of your upcoming appointment? I believe I received 4 reminders. Received a call the vehicle was ready for pickup at 11:00. Did not check out until 3:00? Upon leaving the parking lot, error dash light was flashing, needed to go back for a re-calibration? Still waiting on repairs???? Lost day of work, mileage re-embursement???? Just tried leaving the parking lot, problem still not resolved? Are you kidding me? Back in the shop again, is this a joke or am I being recorded for a TV show about to flip out?

Great service, windshield was completely removed and replaced in about an hour. Safelite was very acommodating in allowing me to push my appointment back to a later time as well which was great. Everything went smoothely, glass looks great, would highly recommend their services to anyone.

it wasn't my vehicle but they guy who came out to burkharts to do a customers windshield was so cool he let me take a video of him putting in the windshield. wow thats cool how he did that super fast too

I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield repaired while I was at work. I was going to visit family over the weekend, so I was glad I could get it resolved before driving for 4 hours.When I set up the appointment, I left a note telling the tech to come into the store and ask for me so I could provide them with whatever they needed as well as know if anything changed. This is especially important since I can’t use my phone if we have customers.30 minutes after the 4 hour appointment window, I still had not received any notice from the technician, Tyler. I took my break and called the customer service line as provided on the appointment confirmation. This is when I learned that apparently Tyler had found my car on their own and deemed that the windshield could not be repaired. Tyler had apparently tried to call me before showing up (cite the last paragraph where I can’t use my phone at work), did not leave a voicemail, did not acknowledge (or maybe even read) my note about getting me to talk to in person, and left no further information apart from a tag saying “sorry we missed you”.I’m not frustrated about needing a replacement instead of a repair (I half expected this and was another reason I wanted to talk to the tech in person) I’m frustrated about the deliberate lack of consideration when it came to the note I left as well as trying to actually make contact with me.I expected more from the first name I thought of when my windshield got cracked.

Made an appointment to get my windshield replaced via their website, entered in all my vehicle details INCLUDING the VIN. Made this appointment using their system, with their availability. On the day of the scheduled repair, I get a call "hey your car has cameras" I didnt think so, so I checked for the tech... But it did, so I called him back. He proceeds to tell me, 1. They dont have the glass, it'll be 4 days. 2. It will have to be done in-shop. 3. It'll cost 850 dollars instead of 650. 4. Wait Wait no, some yelling in the background... It's going to cost 1250 dollars. Nearly double. I passed, the lack of a professionalism was key here, I'm in the auto parts business, stuff happens... but this was handled poorly. P.S. If I misquoted a customer, and they come to me for parts, I messed up, not the customer. I eat that. Misqouting me 2 times... 1st time... shame on me, second time? Shame on you.

Terrible communication! Dropped my vehicle off as instructed and was told I would receive a call when ready. Around 5 I decided to call because I was surprised it was taking so long. Had to go through my insurance company to get an actual real person and was told the location closed at 5 and they never tried to call me to tell me the vehicle is done. So now it sits there until tomorrow and my husband and I have to scramble to figure out how we are both getting to work tomorrow with 1 car. Absolutely disgusted! How hard is it to let someone know their vehicle is finished??!
