I ordered a dozen red roses delivered to my wife for our 25th anniversary. One of the roses was broken off and one was missing all of its petals that you can see in the picture that my wife took when they arrived. Royer's charged me $74 and when I brought it to their attention gave me a credit of only $3.18! Never should have trusted Royers for my wife to celebrate an important milestone.

I bought a birthday bouquet for my wives birthday. It contained 2 dozen multi- colored roses and has been 10 days.The yellow and white roses have not opened up. Needless to say she is very disappointed. I can not imagine why I would do business with them again!

I was not aware of an updated address for my friend's birthday flower delivery. Royers deliver ed the flowers ordered on time to the address that was given to them, then later in the afternoon corrected my error and redelivered the flowers to the new address. This customer service was fantastic,and the arrangement was beautiful. I will be using Royer's for all my future flower needs.

My husband ordered flowers from here twice, most recently on Mother's Day. Both times the arrangement died before the week was over. The first time I called, they were apologetic, and replaced the arrangement. I didn't this time. I just told my hubby to use another florist next time. So my review is this: if the flowers are for a one day affair, like a wedding, by all means use them. Their arrangements are beautiful! If you give them to someone for their home, you might want to look elsewhere.
