No negative experiences with the Rite Aid store. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always well stocked and clean. However, the pharmacy is truly awful! The customer service is nonexistent. If you want to get into an argument with unprofessional, rude, and incompetent staff then use this pharmacy. I’ve been going here since 2020 and have never had a positive experience. Changing pharmacies immediately and will not be returning to this one.

I am not sure if I was speaking to a tech or a pharmacist bc he, unprofessionally, did not introduce himself. However, he very insensitively, told me, while I was trying to explain my situation, that he was ‘eating his lunch’ , ‘so he was going to go do that’ and I was to call back after I got my questions answered elsewhere. I will be sure to caution people to think twice before using this pharmacy again and take my business elsewhere.

My wife and I needed to restock our supplies after travelling abroad and found Dorothy and Karen extremely helpful throughout the shopping experience. We will definitely be returning to the store.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for awhile and have had 0 problems with the staff, picking up prescriptions, prices etc. the pharmacist has always been kind and knowledgeable. Those leaving bad reviews seem like people who will never be satisfied with anything (like all of Berks County)…maybe they need to take a look in the mirror… And plan ahead if you’re going to show up at a business 2 minutes before they close. They have lives too.

Your pharmacy staff are rather rude... from my experiences going here. No issues otherwise asides from them.*I don't rate places one star for nothing*Had a complication once with a change in price of one of my medication and I decided to go inside and ask about what happened both patiently and calmly. Only to have a unpleasant experience honestly... To top it off they never call to tell you if your medicine is ready. There has been too many times that my medication were supposed to be ready only to find out that they were not thus wasting gas. Went one time to pickup my medication and the pharmacy was closed without any notice prior upon arriving. No notice on the window or anything...*Reading other reviews all I see is complaints about your pharmacy staff...*Can't wait to change pharmacies

A few days ago I arrived at 5:50 knowing they closed at 6. I live very close by so I stopped by to grab my prescription (which is very hard for me to get out of the house lately with 2 small children). There was someone in front of me who took an entire 10 minutes just to pick up a prescription. When I got to the window the woman simply told me they were closed and refused to give me my prescription (which would’ve taken 1 minute tops). I was really disturbed by this since I had already been there and they were still open when I had arrived.

I've been going here for years and the front store cashiers are always helpful and polite. Karen in particular is always so nice, welcomes me inside, and rings everything up with care.

Today was a hard day, it was time for my daughter’s second shot. She was scared and even though we prepared and she knew what was coming when it was time for the shot she panicked. The pharmacist was a DREAM! She was so sweet and knew exactly what to say. She was understanding and patient and made our experience one I will never forget. Thank you to the pharmacist who stepped in when I was feeling frustrated and helped keep calm and befriended my daughter, and never gave up. She’s an amazing person and even better at her job. I cannot thank her enough for her dedication to her job and taking the extra step to be kind in an uncomfortable situation. Thank you again ??

To be honest, their one new pharmacist is not prepared for this level of customer service. I tried multiple times to ask if I had any more prescriptions to pick up but she simply kept telling me to pay now.
