They rented me a car trailer and sent us down the road with the parking brake engaged and once we saw the smoke coming out the fenders we were miles away. Then I find the leaver and spring system was out of adjustment and would not engage until I figured out how to adjust it using some pathetic pliers. I called the location and they sent me to call road side assistance… they never picked up!
I called the next morning and was told I had to wait for an area manager who might take 3 days. I called this place again and they never called back … all day. You must photograph your rentals so you can prove they were incompetent.

I have never experienced such an embarrassment. After constant communication with staff In regards to my property and assured my property was ok and my payment had time to be bought in and nothing would happen or late payments or leins all of the sudden my storages get locked mounted on late fees that where just applied out of nowhere after Keith assured everything was ok. Now after 1 free month and 1 1/2 months in I’m being charged almost $1300 for storages that together a month don’t even average no more the $400. My thing is I was giving constant different information even supervisor mentioned he didn’t even know why staff would give out certain information is that staff you trained. I have paperwork and my witnesses and will fight this to the fullest and will watch out for retaliation. Thank you people for reading my rant but be careful with this place.
