Quoted me 2 grand for a fix that another shop quoted for $400. Making up absurd hours and parts that were not even needed for the small scratched spot I had. Also quoted a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff that wasn’t meant for the small fix like “Miscellaneous - $50” For what?? Got my job done at Touba Collision instead. Scammers smh

Took my soul red Mazda to get a new rear bumper for an insurance claim. Workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Knowing that Mazda's red is one of the hardest colors to match, they absolutely nailed it! You would never tell it wasn't from the factory. Would highly recommend.

From a delivery standpoint everyone in receiving is great. Leaving the receiving area and driving down along the building to leave.. the corner is set up really stupid. Was not well thought out when they designed the place. Watch the corner of the building especially if you have a spread axle.

My Subaru sustained MAJOR damage from hitting a tree stump: the hood didn’t close and the front end and “under parts” —and lower front end was—a disaster. I didn’t think the car would ever be usable again. When Elia’s returned the car, it was like no accident had occurred. I couldn’t be more pleased. SIX STARS!

I've had multiple vehicles here for auto body repair, and each time the customer service and repair work was absolutely stellar.One of the major repairs was from the big hail storm Berks had; they replaced the actual roof of my truck as well as removal of all the other dents from the hail storm. When I got my truck back, I couldn't even tell it was in the hail storm!The other major repair was from me hitting a light pole resulting in lots of front end damage on the drivers side; including frame damage. They repaired every single thing that was wrong and when I got my truck back, it looked better than brand new.This is by far the best shop in Berks County if not in all of Pennsylvania!Service: Body & Trim
