The treatment in general was good. What I didn't like is that I told them to cut the ends of all my hair and the only thing they did was cut me from the bottom and make my hair super short without need. I also told them that I did NOT want an iron and they gave me a flat iron to seal the newly cut ends. That doesn't make sense and I've never had it done to me in any other Dominican salon. I paid them what they asked me for but I don't think I will return. They did not respect my wish NOT to iron and they do not know how to cut ends. They damaged my haircut, which is important because I have curly hair and layers help with volume. Very sad.

This is a very visited salon for its good service and the convenience of its prices. The girls have a very good attention with the clients. Mercedes, very good, plays her role very well.

I love coming here for Mercedes if she ain’t here don’t even bother comingThey rude they don’t listen to what you want didn’t wash my hair correctly used cold waterMy hair is hard even after the rollersThey when they used the blower they only did the top half of my hair n the bottom is frizzyThey messed up the one time and I come again she’s not here2nd time coming without Mercedes and never again

I love that the salon opens early on the weekends. Ruth usually does my hair and recently my daughters hair. -She is good. Ruth does not burn my hair and is not scissor happy.Mercedes always offers coffee & another lady comes with pastelitos if you would like to buy. The prices are fair & I do not spend the entire day in the salon.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
