I've lived here for 5 yrs now, sometimes you have to wait a bit for maintenance but there are a lot of tenants here so patience is necessary, they do get to it in due time...

Nice apartments for seniors and people with disabilities. Therapy pets welcome. Nice smoking and seating outfront. The residents are very friendly and all seem very happy.

I live here for a possibly 10 years would not recommend it it is a slum nothing gets fixed the place. It was purchase a year and a half ago by someone now it's up for sale again because it takes too much to fix all the problems my window leaks in on the inside when it rains still hasn't been fixed. They just patch it up so I would not recommend this place but it is close to the bus terminal barta. And it's been a year now since my wind has been leaking and destroys the ceiling the water runs down my window I complain to the city but they do nothing. I would love to put pics on this post so you can see what I put up with for more then a year??
