    I've lived here for 5 yrs now, sometimes you have to wait a bit for maintenance but there are a lot of tenants here so patience is necessary, they do get to it in due time...

Providence House is an affordable housing apartment community for seniors age 62 and older (or age 55 and older if handicapped and/or disabled). This property features 86 one-bedroom apartments for low to moderate income individuals. Section 8 and most housing vouchers are accepted. Minimum and maximum income limits must be met to qualify.
