Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could. Called to schedule an appt to test drive a vehicle and was told the vehicle was available. Drove 1.5 hours one way to find out the vehicle was sold. Awful customer service. Would not recommend!

Service at Piazza Honda of reading is absolutely horrible. Everytime I go there always ends up being an issue. Today, i waited two hours for the basic package at 30k. I waited until it was ready with no issues. I get in the car and there is a service update saying “get checked by dealer” i go back inside and explain. They come back out and say the car needs to be on WiFi to update and said I can wait another hour for it to be done. I said absolutely not, I already waited 2 hours this couldn’t be done while it’s being serviced??? The manager with red hair is very rude and disrespectful. She tried to compare it to an Apple update lol. If i were going to Apple at least everything would be ready by the time it’s done. Honda service here is absolutely horrible and i will never be purchasing a car from here again.

Unprofessional. Beware.
If you're looking for a pre-owned find a different place. If you are still going to look at Piazza make sure you do a Carfax report and do your research first.
I had an appointment set for a test drive. I called the day of to change the appointment time, they lied to me and said they called me that morning to tell me the car sold, they never called, nor text nor emailed me to inform me of this. Most likely a ploy to get me to come in to look at a different vehicle.
The lady over the phone was also quite condescending.
I would have drove all those miles just to find out the only car they had that I was interested in was no longer available.
They also upcharge the vehicles substantially.
The vehicle I was interested in was in an accident as per Carfax report and had 3 owners and they still had it marked up almost 2 grand more than market value.
I will never do buisness with piazza ever again.
Piazza? They should change their name to Payaso.

Great experience as a first-time buyer! Our sales rep, David, listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make sure we were within our budget. The Sales Manager, Mark greeted us right away and the signing process was smooth and clearly explained by Tom, their Finance Director. Love our new Honda!

Yesterday, I drove here with the intention of test driving a Civic. I walked the lot to confirm there was a car to test, then walked into the showroom. I was looking over the Civic parked in front of 4 sales people. Two were engrossed in their phones and never looked up from them. I opened the Civic to look inside milled around a bit and not one sales person could be bothered to get out of a chair. I left. We bought two Hondas from here in the past, I won't be buying another one here.

My second time buying a honda from here. Tom Miller was super helpful as I was looking to trade in my old 2012 for a brand new honda civic. We got there a little late and he even stayed later along with some others on the staff to make sure I got to drive out in my new civic! Would definitely recommend him to anyone that goes there.
