Just received an oil delivery and Eric went above and beyond for us! We had an issue with our outside pipe and he went in our basement and filled our tank. Eric displayed outstanding customer service, he was courteous, understanding, polite & friendly as well.Thank you Eric!!

Been a customer for years never an issue with price matching and great customer service up until this last purchase. Called 11/30 for a delivery and to check if i could use Black Friday promo of 5 cents off per gallon that expires 12.1 Tracey confirmed promo would be good and delivery would be 12/1 or Monday 12/4. Monday 12/4 checked website to ensure price did not flucuate and the price per gallon actually dropped Per Tracey I had to pay higher rate the rate that was in place when i ordered.. WHO wants to pay the higher rate when your business is now offerring a lower rate these prices are not CHEAP! So i asked what should i do cancel and reschedule to get the lower rate! She stated I spoke to my supervisor and we can give you the rate being advertised today but you cannot use the promo as it is expired! The promo was not expired when i placed the order i felt i was not appreciated as a customer and given a hard time on paying the cheaper rate I didn't appreciate the treatment and would spend my money with a company that respects their customers.

I've been with oil discounters for years but lately other companies are going down and they seem to be going up. Currently 3.7 and 3.8 when others are at 3.5 and 3.6. Plus others don't have a $35 small delivery fee. Might be time to switch.

It's just so easy to order and pay. And, I've never run oout. Delivery is no more than 3-4 dsays in the worst of times. Prices are very competatative

I'm so upset. I had a situation with a bill over the summer. But I've been on auto pay with this company for years! They did not inform me my situation cancelled my auto-refill. I received nothing from them. Now on the coldest day of the year my children and I have no heat, no hot water, and have to pay 150 bucks. That doesn't seem fair to me at all. But I need heat so we are stuck. Kinda ridiculous.

I've been using Oil Discounters for about 4 years and they are always efficient, reliable and priced fairly. Their website to order is easy and convenient to use and when I call their customer service center for assistance the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and thorough so everything is handled in one call. I would recommend Oil Discounters to anyone.

Love Oil Discounters. Everytime I place an order online or when I call up, it's so incredibly easy. They are very friendly to work with and quick to deliver my order. Prices are generally a lot lower than anywhere else you will find around. I like using local companies and they are fairly local which is a plus in my book. Anytime anyone asks if I know of any good heating oil companies, they are my first go to.
