“My boyfriend and I came across this auto repair shop a couple of months ago, and we were absolutely thrilled with our first experience and so we’ve been coming back since. Everyone here is so welcoming, the customer service is actually top tier. Not only that but the work they do is so reliable and professional. They really know what they’re talking about, and have high performance. Seriously, the speed, work ethic, customer service, and work quality is the best around. This mechanic shop is as honest as it comes, and you walk away with ease knowing your money went to excellent auto repair service. I’ve been to multiple mechanics and the experiences don’t compare in the slightest. I will without a doubt be returning even though I just moved an hour away from reading, it’s definitely worth the drive. Love Love Love PRIME AUTO!!!”

“I've gone to CJ's for 10 years or so now and my last experience solidified why I will continue going here. I've never had an issue with any of my services so I was a bit startled when my girlfriend's car dropped oil pressure all of the sudden and was bone dry when I pulled over to check. Long-story short, I had it towed, found out the oil filter was a little too loose and while it didn't come off, all the oil shot out causing the pressure loss. CJ's is not the closest place to my house so I had a different shop do this diagnosis. We called CJ's about the issue and told them what happened as the oil change was less than 1000miles old. Without hesitation, they extended an apology and reimbursed us for the charges. THIS is great customer service that you won't find with nearly any garage or business around. I will continue bringing my vehicles here for years to come!”

“This is my 2nd time going here. The 1st time I got a headlight installed, this time, I got an oil change. The people have always been professional and courteous! I didn't spend a lot of time waiting. It is longer than an in and out place but there's a whole Walmart that you can go shopping if needed. I will be going back”

“I came to get a radiator changed an alternator changed I got few fluids cleaned up n a new serpentine belt. They offer financing if needed. It took them less then 1 week to fix everything, I notice my coolant was leaking so I called they had me come in fixed the problem no charge. I take all my cars here now. Id definitely suggest this place. Might be a little high in price but they have warranty for labor an parts they replace! My advisor was mckai not sure how to spell his name. Best advisor ever”
