I don't know how they treat the animals but their people skills are terrible . There must be some unwritten rule on how to hand back a clipboard cause a woman was snapped at while she tried to hand it back . When you pick up - if you're the last one in the door you miss half of the speech on home care . And it doesn't get repeated ! Ridiculous! They don't have to work with a smile but Geeze a little courtesy would go a long way .

What a terrible experience I just hadI dropped my dog off at 9am they call me at 315pm and said he had a seizure right before surgery and that they don't want to proceed with surgery. My dog has never had a seizure before so I was very concerned driving back to get him. When I got there I had to ask a bunch of questions and finally found out that they gave him pre anesthetic. Not sure why they didn't tell me that in the first place but the whole situation was very shady. I drove an hour there and it was a complete waste of a day. Now my dog is traumatized and he's high on medication for absolutely no reason.

I never write reviews but needed to get this out there. We got out cat spayed last year. Since then she has continued to go into heat monthly, and eventually started spraying. We wanted her fixed so we wouldn't deal with her being in heat and all the problems with it. We took her to a new vet who said we would need to get exploratory surgery to see if any remnants of ovaries were left in her. Just got the call from the new vet. No Nonsense Neutering left part of one ovary and entire other half of another ovary in our poor cat. I wouldn't recommend. Plenty of other clinics at a descent price.

Got my cats spayed at a fraction of the price that a typical vet would charge. Very happy! No issues. They fulfill such a need in the community. Should be cherished and supported for decades to come! I don’t know of any other low cost spay/neuter clinic in our area.

First, I just want to make note that I would give the professional who performed the procedure a 5 star. If it weren’t for her… I would have walked out. The girls at the front counter were extremely rude when I walked in, asked a question about the form, tried to inquire about a pick up time.. or asked any questions. I have dealt with a lot of unreasonable people in my lines of work & can shrug a lot off.. but it was disheartening to see just how mean the girls at the counter were. I bit my tongue & as I was preparing to say no way… a professional came out, greeted me, etc… and I felt better. To her.. I want to say thank you. To the girls at the counter, get a new job if you hate it so much, and remember.. treating others horribly is a reflection of no one other than yourself! Glad to see it wasn’t just me, & several other reviews shown this.

We recently had our one and a half year old cat spayed and she has healed up wonderfully and is her usual happy self! We had zero issues with drop off, pick up, or after care. The incision was neatly sutured and the cost of $90 vs $900 that our vet quoted us allowed us to spend that money spoiling our girl in ways that she enjoys.

I will never take any of my animals there EVER. They were extremely unprofessional and rude. Whispered in front of me about my choice of flea treatment and bad mouthed another employee with me standing right there. I watched them drag a scared dog into the back by his neck without even trying to comfort him. I askeda question and the woman snapped at me saying she didn't know the answer but made no attempt to get an answer for me. If I could give negative stars I would! I didn't leave my dog, I got back in my car and left!

My baby recently got spayed at the plains location & they were nothing but wonderful. She did not need pain medication for more than one day & was back to bouncing around in 2. Her incision looked beautiful the day I picked her up & healed great. Thanks no nonsense neutering for taking good care of my Willow!

I believe No Nonsense provides a good low cost service. The front counter staff were snippy and blunt with me and toward others as I dropped off a feral cat today (5/30/23). My wife and I have done the catch, neuter, release for around 15 years to help control the cat population in our neighborhood."Rules and procedures are many, and there is no flexibility. The staff could use some courtesy training.

My fiance and I took our dog in a few months back obviously to get neutered. And every time we brought him to a vet before this surgery he was always very happy and friendly with the staff and after his surgery he gets very nervous and snaps at every vet that performs any sort of physical examination on him (not physically) but he gets very alarmed and scared. We do not know what this vet (No Nonsense Neutering) did to our dog but he has not been the same since and it seems like he went through something that none of us would want to go through. Anyone else notice this in their animals? It's not because his neutering that he became this way he's more than okay with veterinarians petting and loving on him. It is only when a physical exam happens. And staff at No Nonsense was not very friendly either and were super short with us on any sort of medical explanation.

We took 2 of our cats here and they were traumatized and took several months for them to get better. One of our cats continued to go in and out of heat even after being spayed. I recently took her to a veterinarian and they said she was incorrectly spayed and they had left tissue around her overies and I ended up having to spend over a thousand dollars to fix what they had done.

Worst place to ever go to. I took my kitten and they returned him to me saying he had flees, and before when we dropped him off they said they take in strays that have problems with flees. Left him for eight hours and when we pick him up his arm was swollen and his eye was red and swollen. After I got home I called them to see what had happened and I was met with a lady with the worst bedside manners ever and her saying that "he rubbed his face on the cage which led to his swollen eye" and they had "no clue why his arm was swollen". I will NEVER take another pet there and hope they get shut down. Please no one go there.
