They are super nice but there are only two employees. When I've gone the branch has either been shut down completely without electricity or there's been a huge line which most people eventually leave after waiting a while

This is the worse M&T branch ever!! I'm surprised they are still open. Every teller in there has an attitude, the only decent one was Mrs. Johnson & she retired! You never get what you are requesting and nothing is ever done at this specific branch without it being a hassle. Will be transferring to the Credit Union for all banking needs because this bank & branch are trash!

Everyone is always very friendly and courteous. After years of going here, most people there address me by name, which is always nice.

Be prepared to wait forever even with no line Service can be 5 stars or zero, depending on the day and who helps you. Rules change based of who helps you also. Avoid
