I strongly recommend that you do not go to this store and probably all Metro stores in the area.
Every time I came into this store, the manager/assistant manager would brag about how his brother owned the store and others in the area. He would then push.. I mean, relentlessly push products that people did not need on them. He would not explain the services he had people signing up for. He would say things like "I'm gonna hook you up with a case (or screen protector)" only for you to look at the receipt and see that you got charged for everything he was "hooking" you up with.
I hate to do this for the simple fact that people are people, and we all have to eat. But these people are taking advantage of good working class folk with their predatory business practices.
I switched carriers because of this. Not that it will change much it's a capitalist system built on exploiting people... but I'm definitely more armed now in how to deal with grifters like this.

I give it a 3 star because I haven't been in that store specifically BUT, I have called many metro stores and none of them picked up the phone and some I would get sent straight to voice-mail so just for this I give them a good review..Keep up the great customer service..

Called this morning 7/6 for a question. Lady on the other end needs some training in customer service. Nasty nasty attitude in a rush to get me off the phone and just wasn't a good experience.

Come to this MetroPCS these guys are amazing they help me with two situations that I didn't understand with my phone and they are fantastic! I would give them 10 Stars but they only have 5 stars but they are amazing!

Called before hand to ask if the had an iPhone 7 and they said yes. I drove to the store for them to tell me they didn’t have SIM cards and they couldn’t get me one. The guy on the phone could told me we can’t do upgrades because we don’t have sim cards.

The store looks really cramped and desolate. There is only one employee there and she closes up the place like an hour or two earlier than the shop is supposed to. I like metro and they have good service but this authorized dealer shop is just total bs. Tried opening up a new account on several days after work but I can't even get there while it's supposed to be open?? Yeah don't waste your time and go to the next closest metro store with an employee that actually gives a damn.
