I use to love going to pick out a new phone, ear buds or just some accessories... This place used to be a good spot. But as of recently I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The gentleman that was assisting us didn't know much about anything. He tried up selling the ish out of us. I have been with Metro for about 8 years but I'm starting to actually think it's time to switch it up. I will never set for in this one though. That's for sure.

I've been a customer for over 10 yrs with metro pcs and last week I saw I was due for a free upgrade and it was time for a new phone so I go here and check for my free upgrade and one of the employees named ceaser told me I had to pay over $250 for 1 phone which the plan I have with my wife we got 2 phones for $120 so please tell me how is this a free upgrade and how is this looking out for your loyal customers? I'm looking for another phone company because of this..

I bought a new phone and they didn't say anything else, the phone didn't come with the charger or anything else. The next day they cut it off and I paid for the installation and everything.

After traveling 8 miles to get there they were no help. They told me I have to call and get a representative to switch there phone. I am a senior citizen with there phone products that they sold me and I got friendly run around. Not very good customer service or support.
