I just wanted to say what a great experience we had yesterday with Martins. Our mini splits needed to have preventive maintenance on them. I called to make an appointment and they were very accommodating to our schedule. The maintenance was booked in under 2 weeks from the time I called. Yesterday Steve called on his way to our home and arrived at the time he said he would be here. He was very very professional and very informative of the mini splits. I learned a lot from him on how the systems work and what I can do to make them run more efficiently. Martins by far out shines the competition. I’m never disappointed with any sale or service from Martins!! Keep up the great work! Thank you again Steve for the amazing service yesterday!

We had been extremely happy with our water system for 6 years. Recently some monster- like noises had been very scary to hear. I took video of system to Exeter location. Martin's as usual, stepped up. Was able to squeeze our system in same day. The never disappoint. Excellent technicians, service and real heart, which is rare these days.??

Our company has been using Martins for many years, and have never had any issue with them. They are always available when I needed them for any type of emergency, or anything else that happens. Very prompt and considerate. Definitely not regretting using them for all these years.

My go to for supplies. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Prices are sometimes a little higher, but you get a good face to face experience and service with it. Go here instead of online any day.

This is a good company that provides great service. They maintain my Kinetico reverse osmosis water filter and 3rd party water softening every year. They are a bit pricey but they do provide great customer service. I've had the same technician visit for the past 4 years and he is amazing. I believe his name is Duane. What a great guy. He is detailed and thorough and explains everything in detail while answering all my dumb questions. He has the patience of a saint!

Work I received was well done but they charged me for their travel time for their " free water test" and they charged me full labor rate for their travel time to and from my house. This ended up making a 2.5 hour job using one technician cost me $600 in labor. The funny thing was they had the final bill printed out before they even arrived at my home so their labor rate would better be described as "as much as we feel like".
