I went with my virgin hair for some highlights, I showed him a photo of the results I wanted and I ended up with completely painted hair. They told me that it was my fault because I didn't explain it well and that in the photo I showed them it didn't look good. I had hair around my waist, I asked for 2 inches to be cut, I cut more than half of my hair. Then he had the nerve to say that they could fix it when he returned, I made it clear that I was not going to return. You judge the photo, does it fit or not? I ended up very upset and the worst thing was I had to pay $175 for a service that was not what I asked for.

If you're into 1st degree robbery come here! I was overpriced by several hundred dollars, something completely outrageous! The job was horrible it's nothing like what I asked for my hair is completely ruined.. run!
They are abusers, they charged me for 3 people's heads for what they did to my hair and it was poorly done, it was nothing like what I wanted and they damaged my hair! Don't come to this place!
