Appalling service. Early last week, I called to make an appointment to have my taxes done. They told me to "just drop off" because appointments were few and far between. On Thursday night, I dropped off my information. The person who took my W2's didn't so much as ask me for my phone number. When I asked her when I could expect them to be done, she shrugged. I said "Two days? Three days?" She said "Yes." Of course, nobody called to update me on the status of my taxes, so I called this morning. I was told their phones were being forwarded, so I couldn't get to the store I was trying to call so I should just "go in to pick up my taxes." I explained I was very busy and didn't have time to go to pick them up if they weren't done. I wanted to make sure they were done. So the person on the phone (Eugenia) assured me they would prioritize my taxes so that I could come in anytime today. I went in several hours later to find they had lost my W2's. Eugenia spent about 20 minutes looking all over for them when she finally called the woman who had taken them in the first place. At that point, we learned that they had never been started and I should just "wait." So I waited for anotehr 20 minutes for Eugenia to tell me she found the taxes, but they were short one W2, which she accused me of losing. So after dropping off my W2's to this place, I now am, the night before taxes are due, short one W2, unable to complete my taxes, and they did not offer ONE apology or any regret. They just gave me a long sob story about how busy they are, how tired and hungry they are, and how I must have been the one to lose my W2. It's not just the fact that they didn't do my taxes like they told me and lost my W2; it's that they didn't even try to help me now and took absolutely no responsibility for the loss. I will never go back to this place.

I enjoyed Liberty tax,she was very bright to be around.I was happy with her help I definitely recommend liberty Tax,She answered all my husband and my questions and we all just laughed..A bundle of joy to be around..I definitely am going there next year.very welcoming..

I was treated very good there, and the worker, new exactly what she was doing. She answered all of my questions, with no hesitancy. I forgot her name, but she owns the company, at Liberty. I really thank her, for her time spent with me, and her hard work.

Liberty tax filed my 2021 taxes in feb. 2022. Right after my taxes were accepted, I realized that a question on the return was re: Recovery rebate credit. I was never asked if I had received my 3rd. Stimulus, which I hadn't. I called liberty tax and an employee told me I should have been asked. I was in contact with liberty tax and it was never offered to amend my return, which I will have to do myself. $ 283. dollars later.

Without going into too much detail. The ladies at liberty have made filing our taxes a breeze. Their professionalism and politeness is definitely a plus . Cecilia was able to answer each and one of our many questions. We'll definitely be back next year!
