Stop worrying about the bilingual people and just speak English. So that's all I got to say. They're more worried about the Spanish speaking then anyone else so I would say their services suck

Not many reviews and the ones that are there show only one star. Don't expect your tax return on the date that they set for you because my friend is still waiting for his after being told the first week of April. It's now August and still waiting where did it go? Perhaps they gave it to someone else who claims they are owed money. Would you like it if liberty gave your tax return to someone else because that someone else is someone who claims you owe them money? Figure it out liberty because if you get any phone call from anyone asking for thier tax return and the IRS has sent it out on time your going to have some explaining to do.
