If i could give them a 0 starts i would , they were completely unprofessional.The women there sold me a display ponytail, then refused to refund me or give me an exchange. I was very nice and at least for good faith asked her to exchange the women refused sold me this fake pony for 50.00!!! Dont ever go there ever i will be letting all my friends know know never go there , they are crooks !

You have pretty much to choose from here, but the people who run and work here are so unfriendly. They watch every move that you make, like you're going to steal something. When you ask them about something, they look at you like they haven't a clue what you're talking about or act like you're just bothering them. The woman who owns it is so ugly and very nasty to her customers. Not a great way to get people to come there.

When you ask them about something, they look at you like they haven't a clue what you're talking about or act like you're just bothering them. The woman who owns it is so ugly and very nasty to her customers. Not a great way to get people to come there.

I purchased a ankle for my girlfriend for her birthday. The lady who sold it showed me two and said one will pop easy the other one is fine. So I brought the one she suggested, when I gave it to my girlfriend she had it one and a few hours later while laying in the bed it popped.. I went back to the store the lady told me no cash refunds I told her I'll will take a store credit she says no I told I don't want the anklet. She closed the box and said that my problem.. I opened it back and told her to do something. She called the cops on me saying I was yelling and screaming. However, I recorded the whole thing on my phone and showed the office I was not screaming. The office told me she does not have to give me anything back as she has posted on the FLOOR that there are no refunds or exchanges. I just took the junk I though was good and left the store.. she said she will not fix it now or do anything eles. Her last statement was "when you buy cheap, you get cheap".
