The worst hair cut I ever had ! I only wanted 4 inches from the length of my hair cut and the rest layered or feathered . I ended up with shoulder length hair and some long bangs ! Ridiculous ! I have been crying for days and have to order stuff from amazon to cover it up ! I showed 6 pictures of what I liked and ended up with what the tech fell like doing ! I have a couple of events coming up and had to cancel them ! I am so embarrassed by the look she gave me ! I just am depressed over this I don't know what to do ! My first and last time ever going there ! God knows nobody is going to compliment my hair anymore or ask where I had it done because they want to go there ! And there's noway to fix it ! Only try to cover it up !

I went in to get a gift card for a mani pedi for my wife for her birthday. When I told the receptionist what I was there for she looked at me like I had 3 heads and said they were to busy to help me. I don't know how busy they were but I was not given the opportunity to wait nor a suggestion of a better time to return. I left feeling as if my money was not wanted or needed. Needless to say my wife will be getting her nails done elsewhere!
