The owner did my nails for my baby shower, I absolutely love them, I literally got in my car and cried! Since the first day I got my nails done here I kept coming back!

The ugliest nails I’ve ever had done. The owner was worried about the next client instead of providing good service to me. Rushed me and out and had no concern in regards to my nails. NEVER AGAIN.

*****This store is closed. New shop is named "relaxing hair & nails " in Antietam plaza!!!!!*****Absolutely love Kathy! Been coming ONLY to her for about 2 years she is the BEST in reading the priced are WORTH it! Definitely check out the new store LOTS more of self care options including shampoos laying on a bed , facials, massages, nails, toes. DO NOT GO IN ON A SUNDAY!!Only one person here, rushing through both my wife and I nails. I have never seen a worse rush job ever. I don’t understand, if you can handle the business, then don’t take appointments or walk ins if there is only one person running all of the manicures and pedicures.Services: Manicures

Arrived at the shop did not have an appointment and was grateful that the service could be provided. I normally don't write reviews but I felt the need to share my experience at this nail salon. Who ever assisted she did not introduce herself to me or tell me her name. When she first started my pedicure she asked me if the polish that was on my feet gel and I responded yes to her and she acted as if she was annoyed that the polish was gel. She was on her phone entire time I was in the seat, which I thought was very rude of her. The only reason she knew I was there was because she was doing my pedicure. She had no conversation for me and she let me know that my business was not important to her because she was on her phone my entire visit. She only assisted me again when I was ready to pay and the lady in the pedicure chair had to tell her that I was ready to pay. She stated to me that my bill was $35, but when I asked her the price when I arrived she stated the cost of the pedicure was $30. I questioned her on the price difference and she stated that $5 was to remove the gel polish and that is the price that all the nail salons charge. She could have stated the additional $5 when she asked me if the polish was gel and I would have been happy to pay the $5. She did not charge me the $5. The pedicure was horrible and I will never return or recommend any of my friends to this shop. And also the shop is very dirty and unorganized.Service: Pedicures

This was my first time at Kim’s salon. I was skeptical about the salon at first because I NEVER GO TO NEW SALONS. I was surprised at how beautiful the nails came out. I showed her what I wanted and she DID THE DARN JOB !!! I found a new nail home. I had multiple services done. This is truly top quality service. She did not rush. She made sure to pay attention to detail . You won’t be let down. I do suggest calling before going just because it’s kind of just her there . Anyways GREAT EXPERIENCE!Services: Manicures

Horrible. She charged me a fortune and rushed everything. Including burning me with the Dremel twice. She was rude and had her young kids working for her. The place was filthy and she had her mail out at the table I was sitting at. The nail dust was so thick on all the furniture. And then I felt something cold dripping down my calf while she was doing my manicure, it was the gel from my pedicure deluxe. She never rinsed it off and acted like it was my fault. I went to work yesterday and shared my experience with the other girls and they said she burned them too with the Dremel. So at least I knew it wasn't me. Don't go there!!
