Absolutely a nightmare!!! Heard the daughter yelling and being insanely mean to my sweet dogs as I was leaving in the parking lot and caught her through the outside back window being grossly abusive and completely inappropriate !!! Sad Shame , the mother Cindy always did a nice job . I better not run into that daughter of hers !

I took my dog here for many years, and she always did excellent work. I am sad to say that the business is permanently closed. I only hope to find someone as kind and caring as she was to take care of my new dog.

Accidentally took my dog here instead of to Kristy's pet parlor. They didn't even say anything to me. It was kind of nice of them to just play it off and still cut my dog's nails, but they treated him terribly. He is old and has arthritis and they were very rough with him. It was so dirty and sketchy in there. There were small cages piled up everywhere with curtains hung up hiding them. The staff was very rude too. I would've rather they just told me I didn't actually have an appointment so that I could've taken my dog to the right place. So odd. And just poor treatment of my sweet, old man. They're nail trimming is only $10 FYI.

My keeshond had a really great experience at Ken Grill Pet Parlor. Cindy is very experienced and did a really nice job on my dog. She even had excellent ideas for my dog's dry skin were natural, worked, and saved me a trip to the vet! I recommend!
