Jo-Ann Fabrics is one of the first places someone should go if they have any crafting needs. The store is much more than fabric supplies. Almost any craft that you could want to work with they'll have something for you. Sections include picture framing, yarn, glasswares, paints and other mediums of that sort. The store has a couple handicap parking spots. Doors are automated for easy entry of wheelchair. All of the staff has always been friendly, in my experience. It's quite refreshing and I enjoy all of the interactions I've ever had with their employees. One of the best things about Jo-Ann Fabrics is their app. You can shop online, order online, pay online, and do in store pickup. They can also ship to you. They have regular sales so that you can save even more money from their regular pricing.

Unreal I went to pick up my order curbside and waited about ten minutes no one ever came out of the store to bring me the items. A day later I get a email saying thank you for your pick up and my card was charged. I contact a manager and they told me the money would be returned . I waited a week or so and it was never returned. Called back into the store and another person told me they couldn’t issue me a refund unless I came into store . How inconvenient that I now have to make another trip to the store to get my money back from an online order ! Never heard of this ! Will not be shopping at Joanns again !
