I had 2 cars removed today by J & J and the driver did an exceptional job. My property is on a hill with a difficult to navigate driveway and the driver's skill was greatly appreciated. My daughter called 1/2 dozen companies, some from the internet and all of them gave appointment times but never showed up. Frustrated, she asked me to help her. I called J&J FIRST and was delighted with my experience. I am a sales manager for a company where customer service is our number one priority. Therefore, I am extreemly critical of other businesses customer service practices. J&J is VERY customercentric!
