They were nice but we are disappointed. We ordered a mattress, specifically stated we wanted a Soft mattress even the receipt says Soft and we received a Firm mattress. Difficult to sleep on, and by the reviews I am sure they will not exchange.**Also the mattress arrived smelling like cigarettes and one week later still smells the same. I suggest they contact the warehouse they are purchasing from or the delivery truck.
