I used their services when I had an Emergency Repair and could not reach my regular mechanic.
They serviced my van immediately and the price for installing a Serpentine Belt was very Fair. ? Now I have two great mechanic shops to choose from ?

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't let anyone besides Andrew work on my vehicle. They're all like extended family to me. They're the best hands down.

would never take or trust anyone else with the safety and the care of my car other then Napa. I have been going there for 15 plus years and will continue to do that . I feel like they are family to me and I can always count and trust them for advise with my car and pricing Ior just needing a appointment fitting me the schedule. I am truly a satisfied customer with every visit and issue .

I have been taking my cars to H&B Napa AutoCare for too many years to remember. They have treated my vehicles like their own and never recommend work that is not needed. They let me know if something will need attention in the future and let me make the decision about when I wish to address the issue. That shows respect and that is important to me.

Tried to get service to fix AC. The woman at the counter was rude and ignorant. The man seemed nice but she was loud and aggressive in manner when he wasn't around. Wanted to charge me $109 just to look at and already had been advised of necessary service needed.
