visiting this location was the worst decision imaginable. words can not express how terribly they destroyed my son's long beautiful hair. we went in asking for a simple trim. nothing off the length and he wanted to keep the exact same hair shape. he left with a horrendous mullet and broke down in tears the second we got into the van.
I immediately took him over to our regular salon where our normal hair dresser was on vacation. He was in tears and we begged them to fit us in to fix it.
When they took him back to figure out how to correct it, she discovered it was somehow even worse than we originally thought. Our stylist was showing us how everything was uneven and how much hair she was going to have to cut to fix the horrendous "layers" that were put in.
What started as a day where my 7yr old son was getting a simple trim for his shoulder length hair turned into an expensive and emotional day and his beautiful shoulder length hair completely gone into a typical short boys cut.
Beware and avoid at all costs because they uttery destroyed his hair causing so much tears

I dropped in for a quick cut in between two meetings while I was in the area. I normally have my hair washed, which I expect to pay for since Great Clips has an à la cart menu, and then the cut. I asked my stylist if she could use a round brush when she dried my hair Because I had a meeting and she informed me that it would be an extra $40. I had been to many Great Clips before, and no one ever charged this just for a blow dry with a brush.. After conversations with the manager, I was informed that this is standard policy across all Great Clips. However, I had been going to Great Clips for the last 15 years and never once was informed of such a policy, and was never once charged for the stylus to pick up a Brush. I had paid the full amount which was $67 that day for a $7 wash, $20 cut and $40 blow dry. I will never go to a Great Clips again knowing this information and I think others should be aware of this Policy.***In response to the owners response below: I did contact customer service and they connected me with the individual location.

I was hesitant about taking my 6yo son here as I've not had any good luck in years past with great clips or super cuts. Ultimately ended up here anyways just for lack of timing on going to our actual barbershop and I should have listened to my instincts.Asked the woman for a high fade. She didn't know what a fade was so had to explain that. This was alarming to me.Then when she said she was done I looked and he had hair uneven and she thankfully fixed that and proceeded to put gel in. Wish I would have seen the front b4 she did as next day I saw his hairline without gel and a nearly blind person could have cut a better more even line than her. So unfortunately he had picture day with a crooked forehead cut and going forward I'll just never return to any great clips or super cuts as both are less than great or super.

I wanted a haircut had to wait over 30 minutes and I wanted it styled which was going to be an extra 40 on top of the 20 gentlemen comes and asked me what I want. I show him the picture now I tell him I don’t want it as short as it is in the picture what does he do? Cut it to the length of the picture, I just wanted the layering higher up in the bangs. The bangs are too short. They weren’t long enough seeing that I have curly hair and took all my lenght which I’ve been growing for three years didn’t get it styled highly upset if I wanted it chopped I couldn’t have done it home waste less time and aggravation
