Service at this GNC from Dave was amazing as well as the knowledge he had of the products is baffling. He had a genuine concern and interest the reason that brought me into the store to begin with. Then he offered water to my wife and I as well as a damp towel during this heat wave. Service like this is unheard of and i will be sure to go out of my way to go to this location in the future. Thanks Dave

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I will never, never go there again!!! The employee was cocky and wanted nothing to do with helping me. I spend over $150. A month at GNC but NO more. I will give someone else my money, just because I don’t want to give it to that rude arrogant employee!!! “He said owner?” Yeah rightI found the same product on eBay for $35. Compared to $100.I received my product in two days and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the new seller.Very bad experience !!!!!!

COMPLAINT: It is sad how dishonest you are as it relates to the so-called rewards. You have a 40% cyber sale, but when I use my rewards certificates, these certificates reduce the amount that receives the 40% off, thereby reducing the amount of the discount. If you use too many certificates, you effectively negate and eliminate the sale discount. How deceitful!!! I always wondered why the certificates removed value from each item I purchased, and now I finally know why. You've been doing this for a long time, hiding it from your customers. It's no wonder you're losing customers and your stores are always empty. Sad. This will be the last year I'm PRO. You're not worth it.
