The seafood selection is very poor compared to other giants which is disappointing. Can't get anything fresh here. The self checkouts are a nightmare constantly making you ask for assistance for simply moving your bags. They need more employees here because the lines are ridiculous.

This location used to be great but since the pandemic its has gone down. Customer Service is awful the women behind the Customer Service desk today had such a scowl on her face, honestly she would have looked better with a mask on. I said hello to her and she didn't even reply , did my transaction and didn't even ask if I needed anything else. It was the worst! Also the produce is not the freshest but yet one of the most expensive. Hoping this location gets their act together.

I was charged 240.07 twice, and had to wait for the manager Dave. It took 20 minutes for him to arrive to customer service. He came up with a smug attitude saying you got to wait 24 to 48 hours later. I work in retail there should be something called admin transactions, and then he could of cancelled the sale. So, I want to thank Dave for being very incompetent at his job. Now who knows how long I will wait to get refunded.

Didn’t have an advertised product had to get a rain check only I think only 3 registers open had to wait forever it has been like this a lot lately that is why we have been going to grocery outlet more

I bought seafood from them today. fresh crab cakes....not.... fresh salmon....not. waited in line for 35min. Never again.... waste of my hard earn dollars.
