The staff is always very helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to make sure to keep the cost down the best they can if insurance is playing around.

The cashier errantly entered we were paying with cash and supposedly they can't correct that after a certain point. Customer Service was not able to help us and the ATM was out of cash. I had to leave the store, go to Citizens Bank, and come back. Still don't understand why they couldn't simply avoid the entire transaction. Staff was neither helpful or knew what to do.

Use caution when buying money orders at Giant. I purchased MOs at the Lancaster Ave Giant for more than $700.00 which were returned to .me by the payee. Giant has refused to make a refund. Manager has been evasive with a cavalier attitude.

This five star review is for Nolan who works in the deli. He really hustled today and was on his game. He is an asset to this company. Thank you Nolan for going above and beyond for the customer!

Love the flash food app. Unfortunately this giant will throw out items that were bought and make you go thru the app for a refund

Terribly slow in the deli every time. See 4 people standing around doing nothing and only one helping customers. The absolute worst. I wouldn’t rate them so lowly but it is EVERY time.

This 5 star rating is strictly for RoseMary who is typically at self check out. What a pleasure. Every. Time. I. Come. In. She is the real MVP!

The seafood selection is very poor compared to other giants which is disappointing. Can't get anything fresh here. The self checkouts are a nightmare constantly making you ask for assistance for simply moving your bags. They need more employees here because the lines are ridiculous.

This location used to be great but since the pandemic its has gone down. Customer Service is awful the women behind the Customer Service desk today had such a scowl on her face, honestly she would have looked better with a mask on. I said hello to her and she didn't even reply , did my transaction and didn't even ask if I needed anything else. It was the worst! Also the produce is not the freshest but yet one of the most expensive. Hoping this location gets their act together.

Poor adherence to common sense pandemic procedures. Stop bending over backwards for big un-evolved babies that can’t wait their turn. Isles should still be one-way, checkouts should be controlled. This is why society will keep cycling through spikes in infection rates for another year. Be a community leader!

Recently bought a birthday cake and it wasn't even 1in high with 1/16in of frosting on it. Very disappointed.

I have to say I am very disappointed with my recent visit to Giants Food Store at 600 Lancaster Ave. I specifically went to the store to purchase shrimp because the circular said the shrimp was $5. While checking out, it rang up for $10.99. I spoke with the person manning the self checkout. She went to find out more information. Someone who I assumed is a manager came to speak to me and in a condescending manner explained why it wouldn't be $5. However, according to the circular it should have been. She felt like she was doing me a favor by offering me one of the bags for the $5 price. I am sorry but I should have received both for said price. What ever happened to the customer is always right. As well as the misprint being the companies problem; not the consumers. Very disappointed with this outcome!!!

As far as supermarkets go giant sits somewhere in the middle in a sea of options. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive they are moderately priced. Most locations are often open later the some of the other markets so it's helpful during a late night run when picking up necessities. The store was well layer out with wide lanes and easy to navigate. As a plus at this location they did carry some regional sodas which my buddies took advantage of while making the stop. If your in the area it's worth trying some of the Kutztown sodas they offer.
