GIANT is a well-stocked and clean store with a great selection of items, from produce and yogurt to veggie chips. It features a very nice produce section, a great deli, a Starbucks, a sushi restaurant, and a Chinese food restaurant. Customers praise the kind employees, awesome cashiers, and deli staff who know how to slice meat thin. The parking lot is also noted as great with intuitive traffic flow. However, the store faces several criticisms. The bakery is described as horrible, with orders often filled incorrectly. Packaged cupcakes are not handled properly, leading to frosting being messed up during transport. A significant issue is with the curbside pickup service. The order pickers use massive carts that frequently block entire aisles, and they often wear headphones, making them oblivious to shoppers trying to navigate around them. This problem has been ongoing and is seen as a sign of not caring about the in-store customer experience. Despite these issues, the pickup service itself is found very helpful for those needing to save energy. Other departments, like the deli, remain highly regarded.

We used the product pickup service at this location. We find it very helpful for times when pain levels are higher than normal. Saving the energy of walking gives us more energy to put the items away.

I love this giant! It has a very nice produce section, and a great deli. It also has a starbucks, a sushi restaurant, and a chinese food restaurant. Service is great, and the cashiers are particularly awesome ;) . 11/10 would recommend!
