Used to shop Giant every week, spending between $200 and $250. My bonus card was not scanning so I requested a new one. Instead of just giving me another bonus card (simple) like Weis or Redners have done. They not only spelled my name wrong after I spelled it for them 3 times, it was a 10 minute process and holding up the check out line and asking what phone number i had from my previous, which was almost 20 years ago. I finally decided that it wasn't worth the effort. The savings aren't worth the prices charged. Went to Redners and saved $70 on the exact same products WITHOUT a bonus card. Sorry Giant but you just lost a long time customer.

Typical grocery - pretty much always stocked and their Direct service is just ok - had a few issues with items not being stored cold or properly as they are given to us, but the service is always easy to refund money for lost or ruined items.

A typical, but really good grocery store. Has a great selection of gluten free, dairy free, plant based products, which is fantastic for people like me, but also has a great selection of regular stuff as well. My few faults with the store is it doesn't have the greatest produce, and the deli is usually very slow. Most 1 person working, sometimes 2 if you're fortunate that day.

I called to see if the seafood department was still going to be open in 15 minutes. She said, "I think so" but it turns out she really didn't know because 10 minutes later when I got there the seafood department was closed and looked like it had been closed for quite some time. All the seafood was emptied out of the display cases and the area was dark so it wasn't like I just missed it. It probably was already closed when I initially called her.
Also, I think I will avoid this place in the future. There is a large "device" in the parking lot that randomly blurts out a message that patrons are being monitored by cameras "for safety". Really? I guess I'll just go find a different grocery store.

I find less and less of what I like to purchase there and I find more and more frustration in going there and just being disappointed. Everything from brand name, store placement, product navigation, parking, register errors, incosonsistent shelf ads, customer service issues, etc. They are not what they used to be and by all indications will never be again. Sometimes, I feel like there can't possibly be a store manager and if there is they dont see the .in general, the best part of going there is that their associates are very willing to help. I would have to say that's the best thing they have going for them.

Very disappointed that they have removed the checkout person from 6 AM to 7 AM forcing me to use the self checkout. It was so convenient to shop without lines at this time. The checkout person was courteous and quick. Today I had trouble using the self checkout because of my full cart. The employee was too busy eating her sandwich to help me. Time to shop Redners where they have checkout people!!!
