I came here looking for a probiotic that giant is one of the few places around that caries it, however every box on the shelf that I looked at was expired. You guys got to do a better job of making sure the drugs you have on offer are good before someone gets sick! And I'm not talking about a few days, were talking 5 months expired!

Some months back, this Giants steadily deteriorating stock situation reached the point where I now save substantial time & irritation by going to Redners by default.

I wanted to purchase several veggies and some salad items, but all the lettuce, regardless of which kind, was browning. I went to purchase some mini tomatoes and there was mold on them and insects in several containers. The strawberries were old and molding as well.

Poorly stocked compared to nearby stores store is open early for seniors but multiple aisles are closed off for stocking ? Very frustrating

If there were negative stars they would get them. Another day at Giant and another horrible experience. Same issues at every store, wait at deli for 20-30 minutes while there are 4-5 people behind the counter acting all busy while only 1 actually waits on customers. Half the things I need are never in stock but they put other items in their place to make it look like your item is there and you pick up the wrong item. Stocking shelves at the busiest times of day blocking aisles, make you bag your own items. I'm done with them, Weis is just around the corner.

the store needs to rethink it's way of doing things , having someone stand inthe back vs work a register does not get people threw faster ,you can stand with tumb up a** in back it can not get a single person threw . if your working a register, you can check people out and get people out of the store .as it was ment to be , standing in the back does nothing ,pointing to a lane ,people can find their own lane in 2019 . what they want is someone to ring them out . as to get out of the store faster when done .

Giant should be embarrassed by this store. It is always dirty, the floor is uneven in parts and there isn't really any take out. I like the Giant salad bar but it is non existent here. When will this place be renovated?

Get rid of those little carts for "shoppers in training"! Are you kidding me! Never go to Giant on a Saturday or Sunday. It's brutal with all those little carts. Horrible!

On my way back to the office just wanted to grab a salad and soup. It's 11:45 am so it should be ok. So lets start with the soup. 1 crock filled.... Ok. Chicken noodle that works. Grab medium container fill with soup. Try both kids that are out (one still in plastic sleeve) one is too small one is too big. Got girls attention, asked for lids. She went to look, gone so long thought wasn't coming back. Nope sorry no lids.... Ok do you have larger containers to match the big lids..... Again gone forever. Nope. So we have lids with no bottoms and bottoms with no lids out. Said ok thanks, you will have to dispose of this as I hand the soup over the top. "you don't want it?" Well I can't transport it so no not any more. " you can just put it back" OMG. "no I can't, that is not ok, you can't reserve it". Blank look. Ok. Had to walk away. I understand running out of things, but are you really so dense as to not see the issue. Made my way out of the store through a conversation being had by cashiers about how awful something about their job was.
