First time using the pharmacy, all the ladies there seems like they are mad or frustrated. Very rude and unfriendly. Thinking if I should keep going there.

Visiting from out of state and picked up a birthday cake that had been pre-ordered. Nice bright store with all the specialty sections: bakery, delis, floral, pharmacy, etc. I don't understand the low ratings, but I've only been there once. Still, a great store in a fantastic location with many shopping options!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and haven’t ever had a problem. Tonight I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for my prescription. The woman at the register (Lucy) was seemed annoyed when I finally got to the counter and just stared at me blankly. I gave her my name etc. she didn’t apologize for the wait, and didn’t speak 1 word; literally just told me to swipe my card and handed me my prescription. Everyone else was always so friendly, she was absolutely not.

My family has been using Giant pharmacy for about 20 years. I have quite a few prescriptions on going so I will be there couple of time per month. I couldn't be any happier then fill my prescriptions at Exeter Giant Pharmacy. Every time I call, I would get a person on the phone quickly. Every time I'm there in person, I would be taking care of quickly. If they are busy or short of staff, they would great you and take care of you as soon as they can. If there is no refill left on my prescription, they will contact my doctor for me. They will contact insurance company to get things straightened out if needed as well. They do everything very efficiently. Even you just drop off a new prescription, it will take about 20' to have it ready unless it is super busy time of day. Frank is an especially kind, gental, compassionate, and competent pharmacist I have ever had. Thanks Frank! Thanks Exeter Giant Pharmacy team!

This store isn't being run right. Constantly out of things they say they can't get, neighboring giant stores have in stock. Poor deli workers are hung out to dry, they have one or two people on, on a Sunday . There's a dozen people in line and the workers was told to do online orders first. It's not their fault but they are hung out to dry by management. Two managers came over and spoke to the workers, then they stood to the side and had their own conversation. Real leaders would have jumped in and helped

Why does google search say this Giant is opened 24 hours? Other google searches say they open at 9am. I just got here at 5:45am to buy some emergency items and a staff walks out the door saying they open at 6am. This is ridiculous! Plus the satff had a nasty attitude. No good morning nothing. Smh

Pharmacist and pharmacy staff are ALWAYS so kind and polite, always answer the phone. Very helpful and speedy on filling prescriptions. :)

Absolutely terrible service. Every time I get a call to fill my prescription I go to pick it up and they can’t find my prescription. I then have to wait for the pharmacist to step in and find it in the system and fill it for me. Today I asked the lady at the counter why this keeps happening and she just stared at the pharmacist (who was on the phone) in stead of answering me or saying anything at all. If she didn’t have an answer a simple, “ I don’t know but let me find out” would have been much better than silence and staring at someone who was clearly busy.

Giant Bakery. Giant's donuts used to be better than Dunkin Donuts. I'm not sure what happened over the past few years, but the quality of the donuts has certainly gone downhill. I purchased a glazed donut today. The appearance of the donut was O.K., except for it being a little too brown on the underside of it. The taste was quite disappointing. It was not light and airy, like a glazed donut should be. It was much denser than a glazed donut should be and the taste was a bit off.Maybe the recipe has changed over the years? I may have to get my donuts elsewhere.

Up to today, I really enjoyed shopping at this branch. However, when I visited today, several people waiting in line at the pharmacy and others in the store were not wearing protective masks. I was alarmed and even more so by the lack of any action taken by the Customer Service personnel when I brought it to their attention. I'm not one for complaining...not a "Karen" but will not return for a while...not worth the health risk.
