Came in to see about opening a business account for my new business and was told the only person able to do this is in a meeting and then will be stepping out ! WOW so they must not need our business since customers don’t seem to be important to them ! Don’t recommend this bank at all !!

DO NOT BANK WITH FULTON. *Literally* ANY OTHER bank, I assure you, is MILES AND MILES AHEAD of them in every single way you can imagine, not even including the times where Fulton will outright screw you over. Yes, screw you out of money. Or withhold all of your money for several days for absolutely no reason. I am not exaggerating when I say ANY OTHER BANK is superior. DONT DO THIS TO YOURSELF.

I was at the bank last Saturday morning. Fulton refuses to open their lobby after the pandemic unless you schedule an appointment. You have to wait in line in your car, people were honking their horns it was taking so long. I have closed out my money market account, and as soon as my direct deposits transfer to my new bank, I will also close out my checking account. I guess fulton doesn't need their customers.

LONG wait times at drive thru! They will not permit customers into the bank without previously scheduling an appointment. This includes opening personal accounts, check cashing or any other services. Customer service has been experienced met with both positive and not so positive interactions- inconsistently.

My fiancé and I showed up at the N 5th St Highway Fulton Bank in Reading PA to open up an account, which should be an easy feat to do on regular business hours. Instead, we need to make an appointment to enter the building. Mask signs all over the doors, but peeking through doors, NONE of the employees are wearing masks. Now it would make sense to have available personnel to help us, but they refuse because of COVID-19 restrictions. Wouldn’t it make sense to help a customer, WEAR A MASK, as your bank is obviously posting all over your buildings? We will take our business elsewhere.

Basically if you don't have a legal status, I do no recommend this bank. Me and my husband went there, to get a joint account for immigration purpose, we thought it would be the most convenient, since he already has an account with them, when we sat down after my husband gave him his ID and she saw my Mexican passport, she asked me if I was an American citizen , I said no, she said sorry but if you aren't a resident or do not have a social security card, you can't have an account with us.With this being something needed for immigration, it's sad to see that they would have such a poor policy in place.

I have been to this branch about a dozen times and every time I go here it's a very long wait about 35-40 mins to wait in line and half the times it looks like only 1 teller is working and they are working both lines

Avoid if at all possible. This bank has the absolute worst website I have ever had to use for online banking. It’s an embarrassment. I’d expect a one branch backwater bank to do better, let alone a bank I see all over the area.

Horrible experience. Nothing but head aches. Messed up my credit card payments 3 times . Deposit the money in a different account . Only managed to send me a sorry letter.
