Worst bank ever. Charged $10.00 for replacement card if you lose it. Even when you are unemployed. They have hidden fees everywhere and customer service sucks like nothing else. I'll be leaving very soon trust that. Poor excuse of a banking system. No wonder they keep changing name. Been at least 4 names in less than 20 years.

Everytime I call it seems like they are busy to pick up , so I took a drive up there with me on hold to see if this place is really busy , and NO !! Im still on hold with one person at the counter and the other employees are talking and lauphing with each other !!! I ask them why no one picks up my call and they said they where a little busy and I put my phone on speaker, showed them I'm still on hold no one picking up .. They had this look and had no answer to give me !!!

Used to have bank of America. Past 7 years no issues. I see other complaints from ex metro because they would let them overdraft their accounts.. people have to realize you need to have money in your account. This isn't charity.

The worst service I’ve ever had. My dad had the banker that when you walk in, she is the first one on the right. My dad doesn’t speak English well, so she proceeded to give him attitude and speak poorly about him literally to the other banker! She was upset because he needed help again for money being taken out of his account without him knowing… It’s your literal job to help? And then today apparently he went to the bank, he asked them (I’m not sure which one he spoke to) if he could get help with mobile banking and set up his zelle for the bank. they told him “to go home and ask your daughter.” he’s literally 65 and he doesn’t know how to use technology. all of his daughters are working/not living with him. could that banker be any ruder and literally anymore useless? the worst part is i could tell they were bilingual so they most likely had parents/grandparents that weren’t as fluent in english and they couldn’t understand my dad’s struggle. literally pathetic. would give this bank 0 stars if i could.

As far as banks go not too bad. I had metro which I loved but fnb took them over. They honored metros free checking but don't overdraw your account whatever you do.

Called 3 Times Waited about 3-4 minutes for someone to answer they picked up the phone and disconnected the call. Absolutely terrible service here very rude when speaking . Hate this bank the one in exeter is absolutely phenomenal! Staff is so lovely and kind !

They refused to Give me a counter check. I called the corporate office and they said there was no reason for this. They should have given me the check I also spoke to my main branch manager and he did not know the reason for this. The teller stated she would not give me a counter check at this branch because they usually don't go through as she showed me the stack in her hand. She then said she would give them to me but i had to pay for an entire check book. I had explained to her that I have used it for the same purpose a couple of times before and it went through. My complaint was filed. Will never visit here again.

Called to get the ROUTING NUMBER. Waited 5 mins for an answer, then the RUDE lady who did answer started telling me the number, then stopped half way through, told me to hold. Waited on hild for FIFTEEN MINUTES! Is everything about Reading trash?

Do not use this bank! First National Bank charged my account overdraft fees when then processed a fee. Then processed what they said was a recurring charge that was on my account that I have disputed and now the account is in Negative balance of $144 . They can charge the account any fee they want now because as far as I am concerned the account is closed indefinitely.

Bank is the worse ever and yes i am leaving them. Closing my account...Peace!!! Should of been left when they took over Metro. I miss Metro btw. Had no issues whatsoever but now this is just beyond the worse bank all the way around and its rediculous. Screw them, im going to a Credit Union where they appreciate your service n dont take your money for no apparent reason!!! ✌ I forgot to mention, if I could, I would give them no stars!!!!!! Smh all bad reviews on this bank. People find another bank, do not put your money in here!!!
