Picked up a coffe table we ordered. The guy's were beyond helpful. They loaded our table into our car, made sure it was secure. They were very polite and could not have been more friendly.

Customer service stinks. We bought a recliner. After a few days, we realized it didn't support my wife's legs the way she needed. I called the salesman and asked if we could return or replace it. He said he would check with his manager and call me back. He never called. The next day I called again and left a message asking him to call me. He never called. The day after that, I called again, talked to the salesman, and he said he would check on my request and would call back in 15 minutes. He never called.

great customer service. Ordered a chair which was delivered within a few days. Loveseat is on order, expected in November. Donna was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend. Visited Feceras in Sinking Spring. A Positive experience. We Would highly recommend.

After searching everywhere in Lancaster for what we were looking for, we headed to Fecera's and found the perfect couch. We had many styles and fabrics to pick from and received excellent customer service. My only regret is that we didn't go to Fecera's first! I now encourage all my Lancaster friends to check it out.

We were greeted by Jennie when we entered and she asked what we were looking for. We were looking for a dining room table. She informed us that the tables were spread out around showroom floor. She left us to browse and find her if we would have any questions. I appreciated that because I’ve had past experiences where the sales person lurks over and have left the store because of it. Long story short, we ended up buying a dining room table with matching chairs and a sofa and love seat console. Thank you Jennie for the relaxed sales approach.

My $1000.00 recliner broke less than three weeks after delivery--promised replacement. Over one year later still waiting for replacement or refund. Staff is unhelpful
