New to the community as of August of 2025. Everyone is incredibly nice and neighborly. Management and maintenance personnel on site is also super friendly and helpful. Exeter Village is very quiet and well maintained with cozy, yet spacious unit options. I am very happy and proud to be part of this community.

I have lived here four years and i'm very happy with my apartment and the community. The ladies in the office are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance man are extremely knowledgeable And always give you something to laugh about. I couldn't think of living anywhere else.
