I give this place a 1 for the the following reasons.
1. They never return your calls and you can never get a hold of the location you are trying to call you get a central dispatch who says they will have someone call you back but they never do.
2. I have had a storage unit at the laureldale location for about 6-7 years and my rent has doubled with little improvements to the facility.
3. They force you now to pay for insurance now even though my contract that I signed stated differently.
4. The gate is broke more then it works and is open all the time until it gets fixed which has been months already but they don't adjust anyone's bill for there lack of security but instead make you pay more now for insurance.

I was in urgent need for a unit and they had the perfect size available. I felt secure and safe coming and goint as needed. Everyone I had spoken to was super nice and pleasant. Making payments was easy and their website with visuals and info was very helpful and made the whole process easy as well.

1 star because I have to. Do not use this storage facility. Despite having items boxed and wrapped, we had major rodent damage. We only stored items here for 6 months and everything was covered in feces when we came to clean out the locker.
Initially, the facility seemed responsive to our damage and gave us the information to file a claim. After some additional calls and poor customer service, an initial review was left with a new email address that we promptly responded to. We thought finally we were gaining some traction and would have some kind of solutions to the damage occurred. A week later, and we have gotten no response. Additionally, after filing a claim, we heard nothing for two weeks. When we followed up with the claim management company said they couldn't move forward with the claim because the STORAGE FACILITY had yet to return their calls.
If you like your stuff, don't store it here.

For the most part it was fine. The gate wasn’t always shut when I arrived and I had rodent damage to some of my items.
