If I could rate this store a 0 star, I would rate it a -1. This store for a while now has been so understaffed and the people who do work there noticeably do not want to be there. I called the pharmacy and was placed on hold just for them to never come back on the phone . They very well were going to leave me on hold until I hung up I had to go inside to see them literally ignoring my call on purpose. There were no customers in the store. They close their drive through window whenever it’s convenient honestly this store would better serve its customers if it was just closed and people were redirected to another CVS that cares about their own jobs as well as the customers. Nobody wants to deal with “ I hate my job” no matter where you go. You work here now treat me with respect finish the job !!!

Waited on the phone too long. The only reason I hung up was because I had to go to work, and this is the only CVS that has the right dosage of my insulin in stock.

This is a multi-billion $ national company that can't figure out how to schedule break coverage, takes weeks to fill their prescriptions, doesn't process insurances right, 45 minute wait lines and never ever picks up their phone- and which I am now forced to return because the insurance selected by my employer will only cover if I go thru MedCo's pet pharmacy. This should be illegal, but I'm sure MedCo has paid off someone to be sure it never will get noticed.

This experience at this location was completely horrible! First the drive thru is closed. Next I had to go inside and wait in line for 45 minutes. After the 45 minute wait I approached the desk only to be told that my medication was not ready and it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. My prescription was put in at 12:40 p.m. I went into the store at 7 p.m. this is completely unacceptable

It takes more time to pickup your meds than get a prescription for them. Short staffed and can’t keep up with their customers. Expect to spend at least an hour there to pick up your meds.and No, you can’t complain, you will be asked to leave without your meds if you dare to complain.

If I could give zero stats I would. The tech is rude, doesn't smile, and told every single person in line without looking that it would be an hour wait. I had talked to someone at the drop off window, and she checked that they were ready, had them in her hand. The other tech told me it would be an hour. She has a bad attitude and a tone of voice that says your bothering her.
