Worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. Nothing is ever ready when you get there. Took over 2 weeks to get a script filled for a product I could see on the shelf. They kept telling me to come back in 2 days. They screwed up the quantity of pills I was supposed to get, told me to come back to get the rest. I get there and wait over 20 minutes for 2 cars ahead of me just to have them tell me they have nothing on file for me to pick up, then tell me to get out of line because other people are waiting. Never seen such a disorganized, apathetic, and rude group of people.

I waited in the drive through to get my scripts for 20 mins. The car in front of me took forever. When it was my turn, they put he shades down. They have cameras and a loud speaker and could have announced which car was last to be served. They saw I was in line. Wasted my time twice! It’s just rude!

Slow, poor communication, wait in drive-thru for 45 minutes just to tell me the RX wasn't ready even though I got a text that it was.

Pharmacy went down the drain. Horrible staff. Every single one of those miserable humans. Used to be a reliable place, Now, if you don't call and rush them, your prescription is forgotten or pushed to the back. Disgusting having to deal with people like that. WTH happened to people

Nice to have a store that’s reliably open when they say they will be. CVS nearest me is constantly closed so I just come here whenever I need something now.

The Pharmacy here is a complete joke. The most unprofessional incompetent people I’ve ever experienced. I called in and my sons prescription was suppose to be done at 5:05 pm, so arrived at 5:00 pm and waiting in the drive through with 4 cars in front of me. At 5:48 I got to the window and was told my sons medicine wasn’t going to be ready until 7:30, why would I have drove to cvs and waited almost an hour if I didn’t think it would be ready? I ended up calling corporate and will continue doing this until this placed is resolved. I left and returned at 7:30 in the drive through to only wait until 8:30 and finally leave with no help, my sons still doesn’t have his antibiotics. This should be illegal.

This CVS store has slid downhill. Pharmacy is almost unreachable and unreliable.. The outside of the store is filthy with trash. The drive thru is often closed.

Pharmacy was closed at the time I had an appointment for my covid shot. Was scheduled for 8:00 when I got there the pharmacy was shut with a big sign saying it was closed

CVS pharmacy at this store is incompetent. Every time I come for my rx they either don't have it in stock or it's not ready. This last rx it took 4 stops to get it filled. All the while it was sitting on the shelf. Just unorganized. I'll be switching my rx to another pharmacy

I’ve experienced some employees with manners and patience but just about everyone else is rude and off putting. And quite frankly, shady. Prescriptions are always late and this time my prescription was lost? My psychiatrists office calls to clear it up, try to understand what’s going on still lost? Another was put in after that and yet today still nothing in the system for me ? Hm… that’s Seems a bit shady to me, No? I’m not sure what’s going on there but by far the very worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy.

There is not one thing positive I can say about this particular CVS location. First of all, the minute you walk into the store you will notice how utterly filthy it is. I have yet to engage one employee there that is courteous and doesn’t seem to be angry at the world. But the kicker is the pharmacy! Everyone in the pharmacy seems angry, and could care less about the customers that need their prescriptions filled. I, unfortunately, need four different prescription medications. It seems to take them one week to fill a prescription and even when you are alerted that it is ready, they tell you it’s still, “in process”. The only reason I go there is my insurance company makes me use CVS. I’m not done reporting this, my next email will be going to corporate.

I wouldn’t give them 1 star if I could give them less. Slow and disorganized from the front registers to the pharmacy. I’ve seen molasses move faster than the pharmacy. Cashiers smoke king right outside of the entrance. I don’t care that they smoke but it is a drugstore and some people have breathing issues so walking through a cloud of smoke probably isn’t conducive to people getting clean air. This place is horrible.
