I was seeing at the urgent care and they gave me scripts for my kidney stone pain and as soon I called the pharmacy they said prescriptions was ready for pick up. The pharmacy was closing in an hour. I really appreciate their concern that I had my meds tonight. Thank you for your hard work!

Horrible service. The pharmacist is rude and careless. It's always something with this location. Avoid!

Worst pharmacy possible. Pharmacist and staff do not do what they say they will, it is impossible to fill prescriptions in a timely manner no matter how many times you ask to be put on automatic refill or the text update list. They will tell you over and over that they will help you, but will not unless you literally watch them during the whole process. Out of sight out of mind must be their motto..

Will never go there again after telling me scripts weren't covered by insurance. I call my insurance company to find out the pharmacist never submitted for approval!

This Mt Penn location is awful. Wait in line forever, nothing is ever ready, never updates the system with correct insurance information. Why does it take 30 -40 minutes to pick up one standard prescription. Switching pharmacies.

I frequently shop at this CVS and have to give a shout out to Daniel, one of the staff. Whenever I have a question or if I have a complication with coupons in the App, Daniel goes out of his way to help out, answer my questions and solve any issues, and he does so with a smile.

Horrible service son's girlfriend had wisdom teeth pulled was told by dentist script would be done in 45min. went to pick up was told to come back in 2 more hrs she was in extreme pain but they could careless.

Customer service is very slow , waited at drive thru window for 10 and someone kept walking by didn't even bother saying anything. Ended up going inside.

So we went to CVS1 day and we were checking out and this nail set was too expensive so we asked for help and it took the lady like 20 minutes to come and help us and get rid of the item one star
