I dropped in for a couple of weeks while staying in Reading and it was perfect. Clean well ventilated. I found times to do my own workouts when the gym was empty, the owners were super friendly and accommodating.

I've been going to this gym for almost a year now. Scott and Trish are amazing owners! They make everyone feel welcome and the members are very friendly. It doesn't matter what level of athleticism you are coming in at, as there are modifications for all the moves without judgement. The coaches take the time before each workout to go over correct form and answer any questions. I am getting in the best shape of my life and it's all thanks to CrossFit Rhythm! great facility and great people!

I was extremely tired of going to gyms like LA Fitness, and wanted to find a welcoming place that would offer more than a standard gym. Well, CrossFit Rhythm is definitely NOT that type of business.

I was extremely tired of going to gyms like LA Fitness, and wanted to find a welcoming place that would offer more than a standard gym. Well, CrossFit Rhythm is definitely NOT that type of business. Don't be fooled by their pleasant demeanor when you first walk through that door. Like any other business, they're always eager to get new members. But they're seemingly unwilling to put in that little effort to maintain their membership. And it shows. There were weeks where the gym (a small room with poor air circulation, IMO) would be inundated with new members, but they always disappeared, and so there were weeks where I was the only one that showed up for the class. You might wonder why that is, but once you get to know the owners you won't be surprised. The owners are less than professional, spewing their political opinions and racist views for anyone to hear. The so called "coach" barely pays attention to your form and technique during the workouts after the first couple of weeks. So if you ever do have improper form, you will most likely injure yourself as a result. You might think it'd be easy to ask him to re-demonstrate an exercise for you, but be warned it comes with a load of judgement and disapproval that you haven't already mastered it--because you know, all I think about is CrossFit 24/7. Now back to the gym itself. It is an enclosed room that can comfortably fit approx. 10 people; has zero to poor air circulation so even if you don't think you have asthma, you could very well experience an asthma attack; has 2 floor fans that are mainly decorative because the more "dedicated" members enjoy the suffocating heat. You'll think to yourself, that's ok, I'll just stay hydrated throughout and after the workout. Just make sure you bring your own water because there is no water fountain, so you'll be told by the lovely management that you can drink the pristine tap water or purchase a bottle of water that has to be securely locked in their fridge. I highly advise that you find a gym that isn't operated unprofessionally by people that do not give a damn about your well-being, and one with owners slightly more empathetic than a rock.

Scott is without a doubt one of the best instructors in the area. You won't regret working out here that's for sure

I dropped in at Crossfit Rhythm recently and had a great experience. I have been coaching for several years and I will say that Scott, the owner is a great coach and trainer. As any crossfitter would hope to find in a box, this place was friendly, well-equipped, and well organized. I may find myself back in the area in the future and genuinely look forward to dropping in again. Thank you Scott, really a great time, man! Thank you to everyone in my class and the little group that did Sally-up-sally down with me afterward.

Everyone is so welcoming and accepting. When I started a little over a month ago I couldn't do more than one push up & now I can do almost 20! Small steps to get to the bigger goals. I feel amazing after I'm done everyday & everyday I feel like I'm actually working hard. They push, teach, support & properly train you. I'm obsessed with CrossFit now. Thanks Scott & Trisha

When you are tired of the same old stale gym routine, this is the place for you. I've been going to CrossFit Rhythm for a year and a half and in terms of working out, getting fit and feeling better about myself - its been the best decision that I have made. Scott is patient, funny, extremely knowledgeable and is a incredibly capable instructor. The workouts are difficult, but not insurmountable because everything is scale-able to the individuals' ability. When you complete a workout that you didn't think you could do, you surprise yourself and you feel really great about what you just did. If you are thinking about starting a workout routine, or you need something different for your exercise routine, I highly recommend CrossFit Rhythm.

Thank you so much to Scott and the rest of the team (including other members!)! I just took an awesome class with Scott with my collegiate fitness groups. We try different kinds of workouts every week... this was our absolute favorite. Scott not only opened the gym to my organization to experience something new, he took the time to lead us in the experience. He explained the basis of crossfit, discussed the importance of modifications and knowing your body, and definitely pushed us throughout the workout!! We sweat like crazy and had so much fun! We will be back!

I have to start by explaining that I've literally been an athlete most of my life, dabbling in all sorts of sports, training, fitness fads, etc. I mostly "liked" everything I was doing. I'm a competitive person by nature and I've always enjoyed pushing myself physically. That being said, I can honestly say that I am shocked, wonderfully, by how much I have fallen in love with CrossFit and my journey at Rhythm. I am able to accomplish things now, after only about 5 months of
