Sea service with a girl from this store I went to want to get a new line with this company and the girl came out saying that the phone was blocked that it did not work with Cricket I called the company where I bought the phone and they told me that the phone worked with Any provider I explained to the girl and she said no, it was blocked, then another girl came out and helped me and told this girl that she was putting a chip in it and that it didn't have service, that's why the phone didn't work and she gave it to me. made it work perfectly bad experience with this worker This is how these workers make the company lose new customers that's why I went to t-mobile to get the plans I needed because of this girl

Decided to switch out family all to one plan....we did research and ended up at Cricket on 5th st. Let me tell you how amazing this process was. Margie was the employee we spoke to, she treated us, asked what we wanted to do and listened to what I told her. She showed me the plan that would work the best for us and we went with it. We got brand new phones and a great price for 3 lines. go see Margie, she was absolutely amazing and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a new cell plan. I've never had such an easy and quick experience. Thank you Margie!!!

I was in the store for 20 minutes just waiting to see how long would take before they came out to the floor since there was no bell or nothing and i waited 20 minutes, listening to the girl on her FaceTime before i said anything.

Once again my most authentic review and honest opinion I was satisfied with mr. Harvey Heredia he was amazing amazing he was but I blame management for lack of staff I had to wait around about 35-40 minutes for this individual to take me in I was not please but I do recommend cricket I think is one amazing carrier Great plans great deal but once again management must step it up so that us consumers don't have to fall in this time consuming about ordeal
