I arrived at 3:54 was going to use the ATM but that was out of service and the doors were locked to get it to the bank. The management inside would not let me in despite it being 5 minutes befor they close and I'm pretty sure they were laughing at me.

I prefer the Temple branch over this one probably because I've been going there for almost 30 years. This branch is not friendly at all.

This is one of the worst banks I have ever had to deal with. I was apart of there college saver program and got screwed out of $2,000 no one could make it right. Very disappointed I’m taking my business elsewhere.
