The staff is very friendly but they are always slow with long lines. I have a personal and business account. I will have to change banks. I do not have time to wait 1 hour in line to be served.

This is place is terrible! Always a long wait. The gentleman whom works at the front desk as a teller is always GREAT but the ladies are always gathered around talking! There’s a line of about 7 people and they will not cut their conversation short to assist! I work full time I’m a business owner I have both a personal & business account w them that I’ll be looking to change banks because of this!!! I shouldn’t spend my entire “lunch break” running a bank errand. Do better with customer service!!!

The worst experience having to wait for 45 minutes when i had an appointment for them to tell me that they were going to assist someone else who got there 15 mins later than me is just ridiculous, and they rather to let me go knowing i was there 15 mins prior my appointment waiting

This bank has great tellers who do a great job. However, the bank is always short staffed, and that's typical. This inevitably leads to extended wait times and customer frustration. Unfortunately, the staffing issue is nothing new. ?

I opened an account with them two years ago, after six months of cashing paychecks there when i didnt have a bank account (my employer used citizens) and telling them “nah its okay, i wanna use santander ill just pay the $8 fee)Finally i decided to just do it.And I dont think i will ever use a different bank again!Every single time i go there the employees are insanely nice & remembered my name before i even opened the account. And besides that, god bless these people because I am a hot mess. Whether i have to go in there because i cant find my debit card & have to ask them to check the atm machine again, or my accounts overdrafted and i dont know why, or i need a new card because i broke the side with the little chip thing in it and cant use it... they have always been friendly, attentive & fixed things quickly.I try to treat them with the same demeanor too.. but theres been a time or two i came in all stressed out over money and uh, just a lil rude... and i still get met with a “its okay, happens to the best of us” response. The employees at this branch are much better people than I. HahaI also have issues with fraud and they have always been extremely transparent, helpful and prompt in dealing with anything related to that too. I dont trust my money in a lot of places, but i know its safe at citizens.

This bank is not following the guidelines for the cdc correctly. On the cdc guidelines it states that a person with a medical condition doesn't need to wear a face mask and an employee at this bank denied me going in to the bank cause I didn't have a mask even after I told them i have asthma.
