I have been going there for months and they are friendly. I can't speak for everyone else. But if you don't like the place go somewhere else. I like this gas station. Friendly people, good service.

LOVE places like this. Steaks are Philly quality and reasonably priced. I am a Johns and Ginos regular in the City and this place is nice when I am home in Reading to get a steak.... their Pizza is also as close to Philly pizza as you can get here in Reading. Try it!!!!

Awesome cheese steaks and pizza. French fries are fresh cut with just the right amount of salt. Owner is a nice guy. It's not white tablecloth dining but so what. Steak Shack is a local gem.
