I use this rental frequently. Gisel always hooks you up with a car or truck. She goes above and beyond even if you don't get your original choice of vehicle, she makes sure your happy with what she has to offer at the moment.

They gave me a truck that was never serviced since it's purchase. After driving it for 4 hours I decided to check the oil and the truck had almost no oil. I was taking the truck from Eastern PA to Memphis TN, if I hadn't check the oil I would have probably be stranded somewhere in the country with a truckload of my belongings. The worst experience I have had with the rental company. Also they took 2 hours to respond on the emergency line to do the oil change and checkup, which wasted almost 3 hours of my time. Absolutely pathetic.

Had a reservation. Showed up and they had no cars. I had a two hour drive to a remote area and no ubers would take me. It was 1 am others were closed. Had to pay $300 for a car service I was lucky to find. Your reservation means nothing with them. I ask the gal for suggestions and she essentially said get a hotel. I flew in for a memorial service and I almost didn't make and spent way more than necessary because that can't manage their reservations and inventory. Don't trust them.

Horrible experience there was no one at the counter and when we call the customer services number on the sign the employee was rude and stated that she was getting an oil change for her car and can try and be back in an hour. We had to get a refund and get a rental from the service next to them because we could not wait an hour or more depending how long they would take to do an oil change on this employee car.

Since when do car rentals run credit?!!! This is very unfortunate, not sure what type of ghetto people they rent to.

Bad customer service and no good communication on how the service works. Never again will I use this place for anything. I was suppose to get a deposit and never got it and they charged an extra day on my card😠ðŸ˜

VERY HARD TO FIND. GPS takes you to a storage place or car garage. The rental facility is loacated inside the Reading regional airport. The sign is tiny and very hard to miss. It is loacated next to the Hilton hotel.

I attempted to rent a car here today. I reserved online yesterday and I got a confirmation email stating that my reservation was “all set†for the designated time of 8 am today. Upon arriving to the airport to rent my car to drive 8 hours away...the woman at the desk nonchalantly said “oh I was about to call you because we don't have any cars availableâ€. So upon hearing this, I naturally was quite upset because I made the reservation yesterday, I need to drive back home 8 hours away because I work very early in the morning- which is why I made my reservation for first thing in the morning to get on the road. I would have discussed this with her further, but then she changed her story (meanwhile I hadn't said anything else except “you really don't have any cars?â€) Then she states “I tried calling you, you don't have a working number listedâ€. This is when I had to walk out. Because I do have a working number listed—-the only telephone number I list on anything because it's the same and only telephone number I've had for 10+ years (my cell phone number). And funny how the story started at “I was about to call†and now 45 seconds later it's “I tried calling but you don't have a working numberâ€. If there's one pet peeve I have; it's customer service employees trying to avoid accountability. The entire experience ruined my trip plans when all she had to do upon arriving to work this morning was call me to let me know. Instead, I drove 30 minutes to her store to be turned away; now I had to make a reservation at the next closest airport 45 minutes in the opposite direction. Very, very upset.
